From Victoria Beckham's boob job to Cameron Diaz's Botox, Hollywood stars reveal their biggest plast

HOLLYWOOD stars have long sought the secret of eternal youth – many with the help of a little nip and tuck.

Now Jane Fonda has revealed she regrets having a facelift in her younger days and says she would shun surgery if she had her time again.

The 84-year-old Barbarella legend told Vogue: “I had a facelift and I stopped because I don’t want to look distorted. I’m not proud of the fact that I had one.

“Now, I don’t know if I had it to do over, if I would do it. But I did it. I admit it, and then I just say, OK, you can get addicted. Don’t keep doing it.”

But Jane is not the only celebrity to regret going under the knife, with Linda Evangelista recently suing over a fat-reduction procedure she says left her looking “deformed”.

VICTORIA BECKHAM

AFTER years of denying she had gone under the knife, Victoria admitted to a boob job.

The 48-year-old former Spice Girl told Vogue in 2011 that she had her implants removed, admitting: “Torpedo bazookas, gone.”

And in an open letter to her younger self which appeared in the mag in 2017, she wrote: “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs.

“All those years I denied it – stupid.

COURTENEY COX

THE Friends actress admitted that an obsession with staying young led to lifts, face and lip fillers and a many other procedures, all of which she now regrets.

She said: “I didn’t realise that, oh sh*t, I’m actually looking really strange with injections and doing stuff to my face.”

Courteney, 58, said doctors offered “a little injection here or filler there”, adding: “The next thing you know, you’re layered and layered and layered.

“You have no idea because it’s gradual until you go, ‘Oh sh*t, this doesn’t look right.’”

She has now had her fillers dissolved and says: “I’m as natural as can be. I think that I now look more like the person I was.

“Those aren’t wrinkles – they’re smile lines. I’ve had to learn that fillers are not my friend.”

LESLIE ASH

A botched lip filler left the Men Behaving Badly actress with an infamous “trout pout” in 2002.

The Nineties pin-up told ITV’s This Morning in 2015: “You feel like hiding yourself away and never coming out.

“When it’s gone badly there’s this shame. I know because I went through it.”

Leslie blamed the swollen lips on “not doing my homework”

She added: “I thought it was a dermal filler that my body would just break down.

“But unbeknownst to me they used an industrial filler.

“This man-made plastic silicone has been injected into me, gone into the muscles around my mouth and become hard.

“I had steroid injections which helped soften it a bit but it won’t ever go away.”

CAMERON DIAZ

RUMOURS of too much Botox emerged when the There's Something About Mary beauty appeared with a wrinkle-free face in 2012.

While promoting her health and fitness guide The Body Book two years later, she revealed she now favoured a more natural look.

Cameron, 49, said: “I’ve tried [Botox] before, where it was like a little tiny touch of something.

“It changed my face in such a weird way that I was like, no, I don’t want to be like that – I’d rather see my face ageing than a face that doesn’t belong to me at all.”

The former model recently announced her first acting role after an eight year break, in action-comedy movie Back In Action, and is embracing her laughter lines.

She said: “I love it. It’s like, guess what this means – I’ve smiled my whole life.”

BRITT EKLAND

BOND girl Britt recently revealed she “destroyed her looks” after “ruining her face with lip fillers.”

She swore off them after a terrifying “lip-plumping” procedure in Paris, where a doctor gave her multiple injections of bovine collagen.

The actress requested a “moderate” treatment but instead had multiple doses.

Britt, 78, said of cosmetic surgery: “Everyone has the right to choose.

“I did all of that in my 50s but wouldn’t consider it again.

“I have no desire to look any different than I am.”

She said looking at photos from before the procedures made her realise she looked better without the fillers.

Britt added: “I can see that now, but I couldn’t see it at the time.”

JENNIFER GREY

SHORTLY after shooting to fame in the 1987 smash Dirty Dancing, Jennifer underwent two nose jobs – and says the change in her distinctive looks ruined her career.

The string of flops she appeared in includes comedy Bloodhounds of Broadway with Madonna.

And when she appeared on an episode of Friends in 1995, playing Rachel’s love rival Mindy Hunter, confused fans questioned whether it was actually her.

In her memoir, Out Of The Corner, Jennifer wrote: “I went into the operating theatre a celebrity and came out anonymous.

“It was like being in a witness protection program or being invisible.

“It was the nose job from hell. I’ll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognises because of a nose job.”

LINDA EVANGELISTA

SHE used to be one of the world's highest-paid catwalk stars – but Linda claimed she had been “brutally disfigured” by a botched fat-reduction procedure six years ago.

In a £41million lawsuit against CoolSculpting, settled last month, the 58-year-old former supermodel said she was left “permanently deformed”.

She blamed a rare reaction to the fat-freezing process which caused swelling under the skin instead of shrinking the cells.
